Are you coming to Lisbon on holidays and are you looking for budget accomodation,self-catering room? We are a young couple, girl american and boy romanian and we have a room for you in the city centre in our beautiful place.
You´ll be sharing the flat with us,We are very quiet and won,t bother you at all, we both work.
It is located in a very central and good neighbourhood zone, and
not far from the turistic places.
It is between the green and yellow lines, and 2 minutes walking from each (Roma and Alvalade stations) It is a sunny room with living room and we split it in half, and put a door to ensure your privacy.

You can use all the
facilities in the house :
-
One small bedroom 15 m2(squared meters), with 1 double bed, bedside table,
wardrobe, a coach sofa for 1 person, And has a big frontal mirror and
wall-to-wall window with view to the big Avenue. Av. De Roma. We can provide
towels and we also provide sheets, etc.
- One dining area with solid wood table and 4 chairs.
- Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower, furnished with complimentary toiletries
and hair dryer.
- Kitchen fully equipped to cook in, with fridge/freezer, gas cooker/oven,
and microwave. Complimentary food basics like coffee, black/herbal teas, sugar,
salt, cooking oil, etc. Service Area With Laundry facilities which include laundry machine, drying
machine, clothes detergent, and ironing table.

We ask you to tell us about the planned dates as we have a lot of
enquiries, to tell you about availability.
Our rates are:
-
30 € per night till 1st June and after 16th September
- 50 € per night from 1st June to 15th September
- 210 € per week till 1st June and after 16th September
- 350 € per week from 1st June to 15th September
special discounts for stays of 2/3 weeks or longer periods
Price includes electricity, water, gas, satin bed-linen, towels and
toiletries. Changing of linen once a week.

Please note that we require a deposit of 30% made by Bank Transfer or by
money order, Western Union, etc.*.to ensure the booking, we supply the
details upon e-mail confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable.
When you arrive we expect the payment in cash when the keys are handed
over.
You must supply a copy of your passport, for security reasons.
